1. As a Developer, how can I benefit from this website?

You can earn extra income by providing hourly assistance or support to clients based on their requirements and needs.

2. How to sign up as a developer?

Go to website and click on the “Become a Developer” button on the landing page, fill out the registration form with details like Name, Email ID, Password,Contact number, Years Of Experience, Skills, Rate, Designation, Location & GitHub link, and click on the “Create Account” button.

3. How do I contact or communicate with the client before the meeting starts?

You can log in to the developer dashboard in the portal and under the chat section (on the right side), you can search or view the client profile to chat with the client directly before the meeting starts.

4. How do I reset my account password?

You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” button on the Developer’s login page. Then you can enter the registered Email ID and click on the “Submit” button. To complete the process, you should enter a six-digit OTP which will be sent to your registered Email ID, and click on the “Verify OTP” button on the reset password page. Once the OTP is verified, you need to enter a new password and confirm the new password, as per the password requirements in the Reset password page and click on the “Update Password” button. The Password will be updated.

5. How can I receive my payment?

Once you have completed the assigned task with the required revisions requested by the client in the same, the client will mark the job as completed. And once the job is marked as completed, the amount will get credited to your wallet.

6. Can I work with the same client multiple times?

Yes, You Can. But there is no option for you to choose a client. You can only work for the same client multiple times if the client chooses the same developer.

7. What to do if I have not received my payment even after 2 revisions and whom should I contact?

If you have not received your payment even after 2 revisions of the task assigned by the clients, you must contact the 1-Hour Developer support team by sending an email request to us and we will reach out to you, investigate, and if the reason is genuine, your amount will be credited to your Wallet only.

8. What details can I share with the clients before, during, and after the meeting?

Before, during, and/ or after the meeting, the developers can share the completed task document with the clients in Word, Excel, and PDF format and clients can ask for only 2 revisions in the same for reviewing and approval. Sharing other details like contact information such as Email ID, Phone Number, or any other details is prohibited/ not allowed.

9. Where can I see my received amount?

You can view the received or credited payment in the “Wallet” under the “My Earnings” section in the developer’s dashboard.

10. What is the process of onboarding developers?

If you want to join the platform as a developer, you need to take an online test. Based on your performance, your skills will be assessed and evaluated, and post evaluation you will be on-boarded on the platform.
